Evernight Birthday Blog Hop!

——–

Welcome to the Evernight Publishing birthday blog hop!

Evernight Publishing opened its doors two years ago. In those two years we’ve signed over one hundred and sixty authors and published over three hundred books. From paranormal to contemporary, we’ve had more best sellers than we can count and made thousands of people smile, sigh and gasp. So, as a thank you to all our readers and everyone who has supported us, we’re holding this blog hop and we have a whole lot of prizes to offer you.

Here’s how it works… the more blogs you hop to (shown below) the more chance you have of winning prizes. Each author on the hop is offering a prize and Evernight is offering the following grand prizes, a Kindle, a $100 Amazon gift certificate, two Evernight swag bags (which includes a tote, a tee, vouchers, a mug and other coolness) and a personalized Facebook banner. To be in with a chance of winning the author prize simply follow the blog you’re visiting and leave a comment which includes your email address. Each entry on each blog is then counted towards the grand prize draw. The more entries you have, the better your chance of winning a grand prize! You also get extra points for liking the Evernight Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/#!/evernightpublishing. Just make sure you let us know in the comments that you’ve done so.

Good luck and happy hopping!

This is an erotic sci-fi suspense novel with lots of adventure and true love and a really, really hot bodyguard. Need I say more? It comes out on October 23. One lucky winner will be chosen to receive a copy the day it’s released. All you have to do is leave a comment on this post and follow my blog! I’ll pick winners at random to receive the free books!

Bodice rippers had lame and pointless covers

Remember when bodice rippers (aka romance novels) actually had bodices on the cover? Remember when they were actually ripped off by the hero in chapter two? Yeah, those were the days. NOT.

Think about it. Who is the audience for romance novels? Yup, you guessed it: women. Mostly straight women who aren’t particularly interested in looking at other chicks (usually ones who are younger and skinnier than they are). So why in the world did all those awesome books of the past (and some not so past) have pictures of women and bosoms on the cover? I dunno about you, but um, where were all the hot men?

Fast-forward to NOW.

Hey, look—>

A release, a review, a spotlight—a rad roundup

Love Storm is available on Amazon Kindle! Yay! *runs around in circle dancing*

Lest you think that is all, Love Storm also received a rad review from The Romance Reviews. 4 Stars!

Most importantly though, the romance is swoon-worthy. One huge thing I adore about Erin M. Leaf’s characters in this and the previous books is the maturity of the characters. Zoe, Charlie and Sean had full lives before bonding and they bring this life strength with them when they bond. None of them fight their feelings or the intensity, even Sean who didn’t think he was bisexual before the bonding. And the best part of this is that the trio don’t just come together because of sex (but oh is that there!) but because of how they connect emotionally. I love how the trio support each other and share problems and solutions. These characters don’t do stupid things and wonder why it doesn’t work out–and I loved that maturity.

I have been looking forward to LOVE STORM since I finished book two and I’m pleased to say the book lived up to my high expectations. Any ménage or paranormal romance reader will love this book and the entire series as I do. —J9, The Romance Reviews
