THE ELEVATOR – Adrian & Greyson (Close Proximity 1) is coming in July! This is a new short story series (gay romance) that uses one of my favorite tropes: forced proximity. What do you do when you’re stuck in a small place with the object of your desire? Do you hookup? Fight? Fall in love? I’ve already written the second story, THE CABIN: same trope, new characters, and I’m hard at work on the third in the series: THE DRIVE. I’m loving these shorter stories. My brain needed a break from the longer stuff.
Meanwhile, I’m still working on SEER, the sequel to SOULMATE. I had to take a break and let the story breathe a bit, but it’s half done. After that, the sequel to QUEEN WOLF is next! WITCH WOLF is going to be a lot of fun to write.
My little menage story, QUEEN WOLF, has morphed into a full blown novel, and has spawned a sequel. Yeah. I have writer problems. I’m revising it right now, and hopefully my publisher will like it. 😀 The series title is TRIAD MATES, and I’m calling the second book WITCH WOLF. That’s catchy, isn’t it?
In other news, SOULMATE will be releasing from Evernight next month! Yay! In the meantime, I’m still working on the next book in that series, SEER.
Guy Keaton doesn’t want a hookup or a soulmate or anything in between. When he lost his wife to cancer, he knew he’d be alone for the rest of his life. He has a grown son, and his woodshop, and in a world where those born with powerful gifts are few and far between, that’s all that really matters.
Theo Fraser’s empathic gift is rare and strong. He isn’t looking for love, but when he meets Guy, everything changes, because he knows that when you find your soulmate, you hold on tight and don’t let go. The only problem is that Guy thinks he’s straight, and Theo doesn’t know if he can convince a man already set in his ways to change his mind.
Will Guy be able to give up his grief and accept Theo’s love? And what happens when a terrible betrayal forces them to fight to keep each other alive?
Evernight Publishing accepted DAY, Stronghold 4, and it will be releasing soon!
Right now I’m working on a brand new standalone MM romance. Why? Because it makes me happy. If there’s one thing I’ve learned writing full time for the past seven years it’s that I can’t push the words out unless I love my characters and story. MM, for some reason, hits all the happy buttons in my life. Here’s the blurb for my latest WIP, The Nullifier:
Felix Zamaro is tired of his job and ready for a career change. There’s just one problem: once a man gets a reputation for excellence in his business (and Felix is the best there is), retirement is not an option. He’s the one who “retires” others. The moment he tries to quit, someone else will retire him. Permanently.
Nick Banner just wanted a coffee. That’s it. He didn’t want any snacks. He didn’t need any gas. Unfortunately, the mini mart where he stops for his caffeine fix is notoriously prone to theft, and that’s where he sees Felix for the first time. Meeting the man of his dreams in the midst of a violent robbery was not on his agenda for the day.
They say that sometimes lightning strikes, and the heart never recovers. Nick is about to find out that sometimes an assassin strikes, dead bodies hit the ground, and nothing in his life will ever be the same again.

Great news! A WARLOCK’S SURPRISE is releasing in January 2017!
Right now I’m working on HER DANGEROUS MISTAKE (dragon shifters on Earth/secret/whoa). I really, really, really want to tell you this story because I love it when a young, innocent girl meets an older man. Moira needs protection, but she also needs to figure out who she is, and Neil is the man who can help her become the woman she’s meant to be.
I have plans to continue the Sky Hunters series. The next novel is tentatively titled FLIGHT, and will feature two new heroes. I’m also going to continue the Stronghold series, as that story holds a special place in my heart. Next up is DAWN, Isaac’s story. I love sci-fi. 🙂
And don’t forget to sign up for my New Release Newsletter to find out when my latest book is available!
Okay, yes, I know I just posted one of these updates just the other day, but I have to decide what to do next! And my muse is a scatterbrained nutbar….
GUNPOINT (Sky Hunters) has been accepted by Evernight Publishing and is coming out in August 2016!
Now, I have to decide if I want to go back to my work-in-progress HER DANGEROUS MISTAKE (dragon shifters on Earth/secret/whoa), if I want to write the next Sky Hunters novel (Flight), or if my muse is interested in continuing the Stronghold series. *headdesk*
And there’s my newsletter thingie: it’s almost ready! You can SIGN UP HERE.
This is a newsletter that I will be sending out when I release new books, so typically, that means no more than once a month because I’m not one of those speedy writers, LOL. If I manage a book a month, well, that’s a freaking miracle. A MIRACLE. The newsletter will most likely be coming to your inbox every other month, or every third month.
It’s been a while, I know, but real life has been kicking me in the butt. I’m still working on Bitter Bite (menage with a vampire, priest, and virginal heroine). It was supposed to be 20,000 words long… yeah. HA HA! It’s going to be longer. Maybe 30k? We’ll see.
I was planning on working on the next Stronghold series book, but the second book of the Bad Oak Boys keeps climbing into my brain and tormenting me. Stronghold might be put on the back burner while I write Josh and Gerwulf’s story.
That’s it for now, folks. 😀

Happy New Year! I can hardly believe it’s 2015, but time does tend to keep moving along. Right now I’m working on a brand new story that came out of nowhere and demanded that I get to work. I’m calling it Win a Kiss and it is about a sexy rockstar (Ryan), an alpha wolf shifter (Bardulf), and the crazy mess that ensues when they meet: insta-bonding!
I’m also still working on a sequel to The Billionaire’s Bodyguard and The Blizzard. I have a confession to make: I couldn’t write at all during December because my life went crazy. Nothing bad, just a lot of stuff to do with the family and holidays. However, I’m feeling rested up and don’t worry, this story will be done soon!
Last, but not least, I have two more books to write for the Stronghold series, Day and Dawn. I am so looking forward to writing Isaac’s story! He’s the cocky adventurer of the four brothers.
